Are you a veteran Project Management professional with a decade of experience leading mid-to-large-scale migrations within the Logistics and Supply Chain industry? Do you hold a PMP certification and excel at managing the business operations side of complex, multi-site product/service implementations?
We are seeking a seasoned Implementation Supervisor II (Migrations PM) to join the dynamic team of a global leader in Logistics. This is a high-impact, Mid-Senior level position (10 years of experience) focused on the business side of solution migrations, not deep IT technical development.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
As the Migration PM, you will supervise mid-to-large-scale migration projects consisting of single/multi-site implementations with multiple products and services.
- Strategic Migrations: Analyze customer solutions and migrations, actively participating in successful, complex, cross-functional solution migrations that meet stakeholder and customer needs.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire implementation model development for each project, including deployment and plan definition, scheduling implementation phases, risk assessment, communication, User Acceptance Training (UAT), reporting, and post-implementation audits.
- Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional implementation teams, hold weekly project review meetings, and provide continuous analysis of project outcomes and lessons learned.
- Expert Oversight: Provide analysis of implementation projects, plans, templates, weekly reporting, and client communications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Program Manager and attend daily status meetings (using tools like Zoom) to track project success.
What You Need to Have (Minimum Requirements):
This position requires a high-level of seniority and strategic acumen. No Visa sponsorship and no relocation assistance are available for this position.
- Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in information technology, project management, or operations management, ideally within the Logistics & Supply Chain industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree minimum required.
- Technical Domain (CRÍTICO): PMP Certification required (or PMP training with extensive proven application). You must have a strong understanding and application of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Migrations Scope: Proven experience managing mid-to-large-scale projects, specifically involving complex, multi-site implementations with multiple products and services concurrently.
- Business Focus (NON-IT): While located within the Information Technology job function, your primary focus, experience, and deliverables must be on the Business side/Operations of the implementation, rather than deep IT technical development.
- Operational Agility: Ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams concurrently while prioritizing tasks for timely delivery. Proficient in project management software/tools.
Operational Requirements:
- Travel: Willingness to travel domestically to support account migrations. Note: Travel may potentially extend beyond domestic, which will be assessed on an individual basis.
- Overtime/Weekends: Willingness to work overtime and weekends, which will be required during critical migration phases and go-lives.

Pay: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour
