Walnut Ridge Family RV is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Associate to support our service department and retail parts counter. This role ensures our customers and technicians have timely access to the parts they need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians in locating and ordering the correct parts
- Serve retail customers in selecting RV parts and accessories
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
- Maintain an orderly and efficient parts department
- Accurately enter part orders and invoices into our system
- Perform inventory checks and support cycle counts
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- A positive, team-first attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and inventory system skills
- Previous parts or retail experience preferred
- RV or automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required
