We’re reimagining how customer feedback can shape Walmart-scale innovation. What You'll Do As a Product Manager on the Spark Community team, you will support the strategy and roadmap for Walmart’s exclusive B2C research community — focusing on both the member-facing experience and the internal platform that enables scalable operations. You will own initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention while partnering cross-functionally to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for both members and internal teams. Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

- Lead product roadmap and vision for Spark’s member experience across mobile, web, and communication touchpoints
- Improve customer satisfaction and engagement by designing features that reduce friction and drive retention
- Enhance the internal platform used by operations and support teams to manage the community, communication, and segmentation
- Collaborate with Customer Care to optimize issue resolution workflows and reduce support volume
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Legal, Data Science, and Ops to align platform capabilities with privacy, compliance, and growth goals
- Monitor product performance using behavioral data and customer feedback, and use those insights to prioritize future work
- Advocate for the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3 years of experience in Product Management
- Demonstrated success managing consumer-facing digital experiences (web or mobile)
- Experience improving internal tools or platforms used by operations, support, or community teams
- Proficient in product analytics and metrics-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
