Are you an experienced Product Marketing professional with experience in the tech industry, and an interest in retail environments? Join Walmart Data Ventures as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and lead the market success of our innovative data solutions. You'll use your deep PMM expertise to develop go-to-market strategies, define product positioning, and create compelling marketing campaigns. This important role, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, can sit within our home office in Bentonville, AR or Hoboken, NJ. About the team:

The Product Marketing team at Walmart Data Ventures combines technical insight with marketing expertise to connect products with market needs effectively. Senior Managers lead go-to-market strategies, define product positioning, and develop impactful campaigns that drive product adoption. The team emphasizes strong partnerships and data-driven storytelling to influence business decisions. Focused on continuous improvement and innovation, they ensure products align with customer expectations and business objectives through strategic marketing and collaborative efforts across functions. This team plays a vital role in shaping product success and advancing Walmart’s market presence globally.

What you'll do:

• Drive product understanding and adoption by translating complex technical products into clearly framed go-to-market materials and campaign-based marketing assets
• Identify opportunities to grow product awareness and adoption by collaborating cross-functionally with many stakeholders to conceptualize and refine go-to-market strategy
• Improve and accelerate products by identifying unique selling points (USPs) and use cases
• Develop product positioning and messaging that articulates value proposition through core sales enablement assets
• Identify market growth opportunities by soliciting market feedback; build input-driven campaign strategies
• Manage execution of complex new product launches at various points along the product lifecycle
  
  

What you'll bring:

• Master's degree (Business, Communications, Marketing, or similar)
• 5 years of experience in Product Marketing with go-to-market strategy
• 2 years' of experience in retail operations OR a background in the digital and physical store execution and distribution space
• Great interviewer, and empathetic collaborator, coupled with the ability to simplify complex statements, ensuring clear messaging across the organization.
• A solid Product Marketing background: Experience in product marketing, specifically within tech, B2B, and retail industries complemented by experience in launching multiple products.
• Flexible and adaptive mindset: A quick learner with experience working in fast-paced environments (e.g., consulting, startups) who is and open to growing with a new organization.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
