Manager, Program Management

Position Summary...The Walmart Data Ventures team focuses on unlocking the full potential of Walmart’s data by developing and delivering B2B data solutions that enable merchants and suppliers to make informed, timely decisions. This team drives the transformation of data productization from concept through deployment, collaborating across functions to meet business goals. Program Managers are accountable for managing complex programs, building strong stakeholder relationships, and continuously improving processes. The team values clear communication, strategic planning, and leadership to support innovation and operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

What you'll do...

• Drive cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, and Business teams by defining scope, roadmaps, and milestones
• Define frameworks and execute program roadmaps and schedules for multiple workstreams
• Identify risks and manage critical path workflows and cross-functional dependencies; collect and analyze program metrics to manage initiatives and drive accountability; identify and resolve bottlenecks
• Own and drive stakeholder engagement for quarterly business planning process, KPI definition, executive updates, and agile practices
• Build strong, trust-based relationships to influence without authority and maintain operational rigor, compliance, and documentation standards
  
  

What you’ll bring... Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams and complex projects and programs
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with clear structure, ownership, and measurable outcomes
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; able to influence without authority and build trust across teams
• Ability to prioritize and adapt in fast-moving environments, balancing multiple workstreams with clarity and focus
• Analytical mindset with experience using data, KPIs, and ROI to assess performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement
• High integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to operational rigor, compliance, and ethical standards
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in product operations, release management, product strategy, process improvement, data analytics, or tech start-ups
• Experience using the following tools: Airtable and Jira
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, PgmP etc.)
• Experience bringing a SaaS or data product to market

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $169,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
