What are the responsibilities and job description for the WTC Maintenance (5am-2pm) Hours Flexible position at Wallwork/Valley Imports?

The responsibilities for performing a wide variety of custodial and maintenance duties in order to provide a clean, orderly, and safe environment; adhere to company-wide safety standards, work well within a team, and maintain regular attendance. Starting wage is $25.00 per hour, with opportunity to be more DOE.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITES
- Preforms work according to standard procedure and by buildings operational standard.
- Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways and windows.
- Uses brooms, mops, and floor equipment to sweep, mop, strip and wax floors.
- Participate in general cleaning painting, and repair work as needed.
- Performs general routine plumbing repairs such as unstopping toilets and sinks, fixing small water leaks, and leaking faucets as needed.
- Performs general routine electric repairs such as changing light bulbs or fluorescent bulbs, and assists in repairing ballast and light fixtures as needed.

- Perform preventative maintenance in and around facility.
- Completes vehicle safety checks per Company policy and operates the vehicle within safety guidelines; immediately reports any safety concerns or Company Policy violations to management.
- Performs Wallwork Inc.-wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor.
- Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.
- Upholds Wallwork Inc. ethical standards and demonstrate the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures.
