What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate has approximately 4 or more years of HVAC service experience and is comfortable diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
· Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
· Takes pride in providing quality workmanship
· Provides excellent customer service
· Able to work independently and as part of a team
· Dependable, professional, and safety-minded
· Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
· Interested in becoming part of a smaller community and building a long-term career
