Our client is looking for a HR Generalist who will serve as a key member of the Human Resources team, partnering closely with the President to support all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee engagement, and general HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Support
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting, staffing, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HRIS data, files, and documentation
- Promote a positive work environment and uphold organizational values
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Policy, Compliance & Communication
- Collaborate with the President and Office Management to communicate HR policies, procedures, training initiatives, and regulatory updates
- Maintain current knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and regulatory changes, sharing updates with leadership
- Lead new hire orientation and oversee the onboarding process to ensure compliance with company guidelines
HR Initiatives & Talent Management
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives within the Corporate Human Resources and Talent Management department
- Support training and development efforts across the organization
- Assist with performance monitoring and employee engagement strategies

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, professional HR certification, or equivalent experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or in a similar role
- Minimum of 1 year of HR experience with comparable responsibilities
- Strong understanding of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance monitoring, and employee engagement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and VLOOKUPs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now or Cornerstone preferred, or the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with tact and professionalism
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Proven success in a similar HR role
