Role Description
We are seeking a full or part time CVT or experienced veterinary assistant. Full-time benefits include health insurance, IRA with employer contribution, uniform allowance, and CE allowance. This is an on-site Certified Veterinary Technician role located in Hawley, PA. The Certified Veterinary Technician will provide essential support to veterinarians by assisting in animal care, administering treatments, and performing diagnostic tests. Responsibilities include preparing and monitoring anesthesia, educating clients on pet care, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for both animals and staff.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform Client Education on pet health and wellness topics.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Certifications as a Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, or RVT) are required.
- Experience in a clinical setting is a plus.
