Part time Front Desk Associate

FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE

We are seeking a part time Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our office and provide essential administrative support. This role is key in keeping our office operations running smoothly.

This position is part time: TUE, WED, THU 8-4 pm

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Maintain office security by managing access via the reception desk, including logbooks and visitor badges.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and courier deliveries.
• Ensure the office and kitchen supplies are stocked and maintained.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings or office events.

Office Support Duties (for Absence Coverage and Additional Assistance):

• Ordering supplies and processing invoices
• Assist with FedEx account management and shipping
• Coordinate with building management on service issues, employee parking, and access cards.
• Offer administrative support to senior management as required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Prior receptionist or administrative experience is preferred.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) needed
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay range starts at 23.00 to 28.00 per hour
