As an Audit Senior, you’ll take a hands-on role in client engagements, leading audits, reviews, and compilations while building lasting client relationships and mentoring associates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing audit, review, and compilation engagements – from planning through completion
- Applying knowledge of GAAP and financial statement presentation
- Researching and analyzing financial data and audit-related issues
- Building trusted client relationships and providing actionable recommendations
- Supervising, training, and mentoring team members on audit processes
- Developing an understanding of each client’s business operations
- Supporting additional accounting services as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years of audit experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or eligibility a plus)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Commitment to delivering superior client service
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area
