Requirements
Requirements for this position are as follows:
Responsibilities
- Layout of construction drawings based on preliminary architectural plans/models
- Adaptation of standard details to projects
- Detailing of unique conditions
- Coordination with other disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, etc.
- Previous experience working on building designs
- Proficient communication and client relationship skills
- Willingness to accept increasing levels of responsibility, and demonstration of continued and progressive technical and leadership experience
- Sensitive to client's needs, can develop positive client relationships.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently, or cooperatively and harmoniously with a team
- Prioritize, manage time, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- A Certificate of Achievement in Drafting and Computer-Aided Design Technology or equivalent, or an Associate of Applied Science degree in Drafting and Design Engineering Technology preferred
