What are the responsibilities and job description for the Civil Land Development Drafter/Designer position at Wallace Design Collective, PC?
As a Civil CAD Drafter, you will be the bridge between engineering concepts and constructible reality. You will work closely with Project Engineers to develop detailed site plans, grading designs, and utility layouts for Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Healthcare, and Education projects. We are looking for someone who doesn’t just "move lines," but understands the spatial constraints and regulatory requirements of land development.
Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
