We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Senior Civil PE to lead and grow our Northwest Arkansas site development team. As the Site Development Lead in Northwest Arkansas, you will serve as the face of our firm in one of the fastest-growing regions in the country.
This isn't just a design role; it is a business leadership position. You will be the primary "right hand" to the firm’s Principals, responsible for office operations, project scheduling, mentoring a talented team of young professionals, and driving business development (BD) to expand our footprint in the NWA market.
Annual Base Salary: $100,000 - $144,000
