REQUIREMENTS
● 2 years of team or sales management
● Bachelor or associate degree (preferred)
● Sales experience (preferred, similar experience considered)
● Familiarity with Excel and POS systems a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Responsible for day-to-day operations and managing staff in relation to scheduling and job performance
● Ownership of the visual merchandising and working with sales staff to create exciting and engaging displays
● Tracking revenue goals and driving sales through customer outreach and engagement
● Managing plans for inventory including monitoring inventory levels, managing reorders and trades, tracking special orders for customers, and overseeing inventory transfers between other locations
● Working with the Marketing Manager to coordinate store events and create content for social media
● Traveling with the CEO to fashion markets to assist with selecting inventory and building seasonal buying plans
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
