Role and Responsibilities Physical Therapist is expected to conduct initial evaluation and accurately assess patient condition(s) to develop appropriate goals and treatment plans. Therapist must be able to work an established schedule with flexibility according to daily clinic needs and efficiently complete accurate electronic documentation. Therapist will be expected to communicate effectively with fellow therapists, support staff, referring providers and meet the demands of the clinic’s schedule. Therapist is to advance their professional skills according to the needs of the clinic or to extend treatment to special populations not being currently serviced at the clinic as a deemed appropriate. |
