Therapeutic Associates West Kennewick Physical Therapy is an outpatient clinic looking for a Physical Therapist to join our innovative team.

As a PT-owned organization, we are committed to supporting clinicians to provide the highest quality patient care. This means…

  • Realistic productivity goals
  • AI-supported charting to help shift more time back to patient interaction

Clinic Environment With private treatment rooms and a well-equipped gym that includes BFR, vasopneumatic compression (Game Ready and Normatec), and a full rack and bench setup is built for comprehensive care. The team brings depth of experience in pain neuroscience education (PNE), functional capacity evaluations (PCE/FCE via Ergoscience), and vestibular and balance work, giving new clinicians strong clinical models to learn from day one.

Growth & Learning CI certification and student mentorship is a norm, and APTA involvement is part of the culture. If you have a specialty direction in mind, there's both the willingness and the track record to help you get there.

Patient Population The caseload anchors in general orthopedics with meaningful volume in spine, shoulder, and balance, including pre- and post-op presentations. Vestibular, TMD, and chronic pain round out the mix. It's a strong foundation for a clinician who wants broad exposure across a varied population, with the flexibility to develop a specialty focus over time.

We offer a structured career path with unparalleled training and support to become a successful clinic leader and potentially a shareholder in the company. This allows you to have a direct impact on the direction and success of our organization, should you choose to pursue this path.
