Wall Street Consulting LLC is currently seeking a Financial Operations Assistant to work directly with the manager and provide support for daily office operations. We often have a high workload, so we are looking for a candidate who is positive, possesses creative problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal skills, and has a desire to learn and contribute to our everyday operations. The primary responsibilities of this position include document preparation, financial servicing, and client account reviews. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and analytical skills. They will also be responsible for following up on leads and maintaining an active pipeline on a daily basis. Additionally, the candidate will assist in preparing documentation and providing solutions to clients.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily office operations.
Greet clients and direct them to scheduled appointments.
Answer phone calls, transfer calls, and take messages as necessary.
Collect documents and fill out forms from clients over the phone, email, or in person. Organize files and prepare packages for managers.

Previous successful sales and service experience in a retail sales environment, with previous banking experience being a plus.
Computer literate with working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows software. Ability to efficiently operate standard office equipment, including a computer, printer, fax, and calculator.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Sales experience or financial-related experience.
