What You’ll Do:


  • Engage with warm prospects through evening outreach
  • Represent the firm at events, booths, and networking opportunities
  • Coordinate and manage events from planning to execution
  • Speak confidently with prospects about company offerings and prospectus
  • Support Financial Advisors and Relationship Managers by setting qualified meetings
  • Organize, track, and manage leads in CRM systems
  • Follow up consistently and qualify prospects
  • Identify and secure new event opportunities
  • Collect and review prospect financial statements


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2 years of sales experience
  • Experience meeting prospects and setting appointments for Financial Advisors
  • Strong interest in the financial industry and desire to become a fiduciary financial advisor
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with CRM experience preferred
  • Flexibility to work evening hours and travel for events
  • Driven, coachable, and eager to grow into a Relationship Manager / Sales role


Compensation:

  • $80,000 – $110,000 base salary
  • Performance-based bonus tied to lead conversion
