Office Secretary Needed — Must Speak Excellent English & Spanish


We are hiring an experienced office secretary with strong communication skills in English and Spanish. Candidate must have experience with QuickBooks, working with city permits and inspections, and handling payroll / salaries. Organizational skills, reliability, and professionalism are required.


Requirements:

* Fluent in English and Spanish

* QuickBooks experience

* Experience coordinating city permits & inspections

* Payroll / salary processing

* Office administration & scheduling
