While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee frequently is required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel or crouch.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Reads blueprint or job order for product.
- Operate machinery, set-up and run presses.
- Able to use basic hand tools.
- Verifies that parts are of high quality and exceed customer’s expectations.
- Observe all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and observe all safety requirements such as machining guards, lifting techniques, slips and falls prevention, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge/Skills/Education)
- 0-3 years’ experience and/or Vo-Tech training
- Knowledge of Aerospace assemblies and parts (preferred)
- Ability to read and understand instructions; quality control; and safety.
- Effective verbal, written communications skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Must be able to read, evaluate and respond to product specifications and drawings.
