Duties
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including seating arrangements, reservations, and guest flow management.
- Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to ensure top-notch service delivery.
- Manage customer interactions with professionalism and warmth, addressing concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and maintain high standards of food presentation and quality.
- Maintain inventory control for front-of-house supplies and assist with ordering to ensure smooth service flow.
- Enforce food safety standards and health regulations across all front-of-house activities, including supervising food handling procedures.
Experience
- Proven management experience in a restaurant environment, preferably with casual dining or fine dining backgrounds.
- Strong background in food service management, including supervising staff and managing restaurant operations.
- Experience in customer service roles within the food industry, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management is a plus.
