Walker Healthforce is seeking a dedicated Employee Relations Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for our contract employees working at various client sites. Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Support
- Serve as the main liaison between Walker Healthforce and contract employees placed at client locations, ensuring they receive outstanding support throughout their assignments
- Conduct in-person site visits to meet with contract employees, address concerns, and maintain strong working relationships
- Perform quality checks to ensure employee satisfaction and compliance with client requirements
- Plan and execute employee appreciation events to boost morale, increase retention, and demonstrate our commitment to our workforce
Business Development
- Generate sales leads through relationship building with contract employees
- Actively pursue employee referrals to fill open positions
- Identify opportunities for additional placements or expanded services at existing client sites
Administrative & Systems Management
- Navigate and manage clients' contingent labor management systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Oversee timekeeping processes for contract employees, ensuring accurate and timely submission
- Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain current employee records and track placement activities
- Stay informed about client-specific practices, policies, and procedures to ensure seamless coordination
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in employee relations, human resources, staffing, or customer service
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems (ATS, timekeeping platforms, client portals)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
- Experience in the staffing or contingent workforce industry
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales or referral goals
- Event planning or coordination experience
