Position Overview
Walker Solutions is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Program Administrative Assistant to support the ConRAC (Consolidated Rent-A-Car Facility) Program at Denver International Airport (DEN). This role provides critical administrative and coordination support to the Program Management Team (PMT), helping drive efficient day-to-day operations across a large, complex capital improvement program.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and excels in building relationships across a wide range of stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the Program Manager and Principal Project Manager, ensuring alignment across program leadership and team operations
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including executive-level meetings, in collaboration with DEN administrative staff and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong, trusted working relationships with DEN division partners, program leadership, and stakeholders at all levels
- Serve as a liaison between the ConRAC Program team and other DEN divisions, ensuring clear communication and coordination across teams
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new team members, including coordination with IT, badging, and workspace setup
- Support preparation of reports, presentations, and other program deliverables
- Manage office operations, including maintaining supplies and supporting the day-to-day needs of the onsite team
- Assist Project Management staff with administrative and coordination tasks as needed
- Support coordination of workshops, stakeholder meetings, and program-related events
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of administrative or office support experience
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large programs, construction projects, or engineering teams
- Experience working in aviation or similarly complex, stakeholder-driven environments
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to effectively communicate and track and manage workload, seeing projects to completion.
- Ability to write in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience, including colleagues, external stakeholders and DEN leadership.
FBI Background Check: FBI criminal background check is required for all positions at Denver International Airport (DEN). Employees are also required to report any felony convictions and/or moving violations to maintain this clearance and be eligible for continued employment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
