Residential Technician (Housing & Apartments)

The Opportunity

Play a key technical role delivering high-quality housing and apartment schemes for PLC and private clients—translating design intent into robust, buildable information.

Role Overview

You will:

• Produce detailed construction drawings and accurate Revit models.

• Ensure compliance with Building Regs, NHBC, and client standards.

• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and site teams.

• Support delivery from planning through to completion.

• Resolve technical queries during construction.

About You

• 3–5 years’ residential experience (houses/apartments).

• Proficient in Revit (and/or AutoCAD).

• Strong grasp of UK housing standards and detailing.

• Collaborative communicator with excellent attention to detail.
