What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Help customers make confident decisions on repairs or replacements
- Offer and explain service options, maintenance plans, and financing
- Keep your job site clean and your truck well-stocked
- Accurately complete invoices, timecards, and job notes
- Train and mentor apprentices when assigned
- Participate in weekly training and rotate into the on-call schedule
- Collaborate with customer service and dispatch to ensure smooth workflow
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus (but not required)
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA certification
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills - soldering, piping, refrigerant handling, etc.
- Clean, valid driver's license
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Honest, reliable, and ready to grow with the team
- Team player with a professional appearance and positive attitude
