Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and engine system issues on ATVs, motorcycles, and other powersports vehicles using automotive diagnostics tools and electrical diagnostics equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, suspension adjustments, and vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Repair or replace mechanical systems including engines, brakes, suspensions, electrical wiring, soldering components, welding parts, and assembling vehicle parts with hand tools and power tools.
• Conduct heavy lifting of vehicles and parts safely while adhering to safety protocols.
• Utilize dealership service procedures to complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, service timelines, and maintenance recommendations to enhance customer service experience.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all repairs performed.

Skills

• Proven dealership experience or service technician experience specializing in powersports repair.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of engine systems, suspension components, brakes, electrical diagnostics, welding techniques, soldering skills, and vehicle assembly.
• Hands-on experience with all-terrain vehicle repair and motorcycle maintenance.
• Proficiency in automotive diagnostics tools and electrical troubleshooting methods.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate power tools effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients.
• Familiarity with welding techniques and suspension repair is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated mechanic experience with a focus on quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
