Essential Functions:
- Redeem points from guest accounts. Issue entries for promotions and slot tournaments.
- Ensure database integrity with accurate data entry.
- Provide company policy, program, and promotion rules to guests.
- Participate in giveaways and drawings by distributing entries, encouraging guests to participate, and performing drawing or announcements.
- Monitor casino floor for card usage and encourage card usage with benefits.
- Staff the Elite VIP office including answering phones, making hotel reservations, and signing guests up for VIP events.
Required:
- Knowledge of players club and company policies and procedures.
- Able to use a computer and telephone.
