Key Responsibilities

Supervise, schedule, and support plumbing field teams to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects.

Provide hands-on technical leadership—perform ride alongs, resolve job issues, and ensure work meets code and company standards.

Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations for plumbing staff.

Coach technicians through troubleshooting, skills development, and career growth.

Oversee tool and material inventory; ensure teams are prepared for each job.

Enforce safety protocols, training, and compliance across all plumbing operations.

Qualifications

5 years of plumbing experience with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

Current Journeyman or Master Plumber License (or ability to obtain).
