Description
As an HVAC Service Manager (similar to a COMFORT ADVISOR) , you will work in partnership with a top-tier team of HVAC Technicians to promote solutions to our residential customers. Your leadership will drive the achievement of budgeted gross profit contributions and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring every customer interaction reflects our motto: “We do things the right way, not the easy way.”

- Oversee technician performance on every job, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead weekly sales meetings to review repair trends, channel sales, and system performance.
- Assist technicians in creating the most effective system designs for customer needs.
- Communicate marketing campaigns and promotions to the team.
- Track, analyze, and review branch sales KPIs, including gross close rates and average ticket size.
- Present repair and replacement options to customers virtually or by phone.
- Conduct bi-monthly sales reviews and ongoing coaching for technicians.
- Monitor compliance with Goettl standards and ensure accurate job data collection.
- Manages technician schedules and provide real-time support.
- Participate in technical training sessions to enhance team skills.

- Outstanding communication and public speaking abilities.
- 3 years in HVAC sales
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- At least two years of sales experience with proven results.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email tools, and related technology.
- ServiceTitan software experience is a plus.
