What you’ll be doing
- Lead maintenance strategy across fixed plant assets, driving reliability and reducing chronic failures
- Own a $2M maintenance budget with full accountability for cost control and SAP utilisation
- Champion defect elimination initiatives, targeting high-cost and high-frequency equipment issues
- Lead and develop a hands-on team of 5 technicians, electrician and planner, setting clear direction and standards
What you’ll bring
- Proven maintenance leadership experience within mining or heavy materials processing environments
- Strong understanding of fixed plant equipment such as conveyors, crushers, and processing systems
- Working knowledge of 460/480V systems and basic PLC exposure
- Track record of improving reliability, cost control, and maintenance planning systems
