• Diagnostic Mastery: Conduct electronic pre- and post-scans using advanced tools like Tekmetric to track and clear trouble codes.
  
• Hands-on Experience: Perform multi-point "Rack Attack" inspections and light maintenance, such as air filter installations and general repairs.
  
• Shop Stewardship: Learn the operational side of a professional shop by managing tool organization, service bay cleanliness, and vehicle work lines.
  

Your Mission: Zero Defects

• Safety Verification: Ensure every wheel lug nut is retorqued to spec and all fluid levels are perfect.
  
• The Final Test: Execute thorough road tests to confirm repair success and document out-mileage.
  
• White-Glove Presentation: Perform exterior "mini washes" and thorough interior detailing—including vacuuming and smudge removal—to ensure the vehicle looks its best.
