Automotive Sales Apprentice—Paid Training/No Experience Necessary
Larry Stovesand Buick GMC is hiring Automotive Sales Apprentices to join our team. This position includes a paid training program where you’ll learn the car sales business from experienced professionals before transitioning into a full Sales Consultant role with commission earnings.

Responsibilities
· Greet and assist customers
· Learn our sales process and vehicle inventory
· Conduct vehicle demonstrations and facilitate test drives
· Follow up with leads and dealership customers
· Assist customers in finding the right vehicle
Requirements
· Strong communication skills
· Motivated and coachable
· Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
· Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation
· Paid training during apprenticeship
· Commission earnings after training
· Paid Vacation
· 401K with up to 2% employer match
· Potential income $75,000 - $150,000 per year
