Seeking General Dentist for Established PPO / Fee-for-Service Practice in Waldorf,Maryland

Waldorf Dental Group a high-production, patient-focused practice in the beautiful southern part of Maryland, is seeking a motivated and experienced general dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate is equally passionate about patient care and team success, strives for clinical excellence, and is a growth-minded dental leader looking for autonomy, flexibility, and professional development. You'll be busy from day one, treating a well-booked schedule of members across a full scope of operative, restorative, and cosmetic procedures — supported by an experienced clinical and operational team.

Our modern, technology-driven dental practice, a pillar in Waldorf,Maryland, for more than 30 years, is dedicated to positively impacting the lives of our patients and our employees. We are a PPO, fee-for-service office looking for a dentist who is a committed team player, relentless in expanding their skill set, and always willing to go the extra mile to help patients achieve a healthier, more functional, more vibrant smile. Our doctors and hygienists are dental leaders in a rapidly evolving industry, using advanced technology and specialized expertise to ensure patients receive exceptional care. This unique opportunity offers significant room for growth within a thriving practice that has a loyal base of established patients and a strong new-patient pipeline, averaging approximately 40–45 new patients per month.

This is currently a part-time position, with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate. Days: Monday & Wednesday or Wednesday & Thursday.

We Offer:

• $900 -$1000 daily minimum 33% of office collection bonus if it is above the daily rate.
• Schedule: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (No weekends or evenings)
• 40-45 new patients a month to help you continually grow your patient base, as well as an established patient base
• Supported by two experienced full-time Dental Hygienists, along with a highly trained clinical and administrative support team.

• Monthly profit-sharing bonus- 4% of the individual doctors monthly collections tied to key clinical and operational KPIs.

General Dentist Requirements

• 5 years of post-graduate experience
• MD Dental License in good standing
• Ability to travel every day to the office
• Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional growth
• Comfort with modern technology and a willingness to adopt digital workflows
