The Role
We’re looking for a Growth Intern to join our early team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll wear multiple hats: from building prospect lists and running outreach to onboarding new customers and supporting our startups program. You’ll work directly with the founders, get exposure to every part of go-to-market, and learn what it takes to grow a YC-backed startup from the ground up.

The Role
We’re looking for a Growth Intern to join our early team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll wear multiple hats: from building prospect lists and running outreach to onboarding new customers and supporting our startups program. You’ll work directly with the founders, get exposure to every part of go-to-market, and learn what it takes to grow a YC-backed startup from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Research and build prospect lists for potential customers
- Run outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.) and track responses
- Join intro calls and support customer meetings
- Help onboard new customers and make sure they’re successful
- Nurture relationships in Waldium’s Startups Program
- Experiment with different growth tactics and report on what works
- Strong interest in startups, AI, and growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to hustle
- Organized and reliable with follow-ups and task management
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer success is a plus but not required
- Work directly with the founding team at a YC-backed startup
- Learn the ins and outs of growth, sales, and customer success in real time
- Build a network across SaaS founders, agencies, and AI companies
- Opportunity to grow into a full-time role as we scale
