## What You'll Do
- Board new residential, construction, and consumer loans on the Bank's core processing system.
- Fund loans and process construction loan advances accurately and timely.
- Perform quality control reviews to ensure loan documentation and system data are complete and accurate.
- Process loan payments and other servicing transactions.
- Review daily and monthly servicing reports and resolve discrepancies.
- Follow established service standards when communicating with internal departments, customers, attorneys, and other third parties.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
- Maintain compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and applicable banking laws and regulations.
- Build positive customer relationships by providing outstanding service and referring customers to appropriate Bank personnel for additional products and services.## What We're Looking For

- 6 months to 2 years of experience servicing mortgages and consumer loans preferred
