Responsibilities
- Remove existing cabinet doors, drawers, and hardware with precision using hand tools and power tools.
- Measure and read blueprints or schematics to accurately reface or replace cabinetry and surfaces.
- Install new cabinet faces, countertops, trim carpentry, and fixtures to achieve a seamless finish.
- Perform surface preparation including caulking, plastering, stucco application, and concrete finishing as needed.
- Operate heavy equipment and scaffolding safely during installation or restoration tasks.
- Conduct inspections to ensure all work complies with building codes, schematics, and client specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers on construction estimating, scheduling, and site management to ensure timely project completion.
- Utilize construction management software like Bluebeam for documentation and project tracking.
- Handle fabrication tasks such as cutting glass or tile laying for custom fitments.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols on-site.
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
- Experience with construction site management, inspection, and quality control processes.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, fixture installation, and restoration techniques.
- Expertise in carpentry including frame carpentry, door hanging, trim carpentry, roofing, masonry, flooring installation, tile laying, and drywall finishing.
- Ability to perform caulking, plastering, stucco application, concrete forming/finishing, welding, and masonry work.
- Familiarity with construction painting techniques and flooring installation methods.
- Strong understanding of schematics for electrical or plumbing systems related to kitchen renovations.

Pay: $22.94 - $27.62 per hour
