Experience Requirements
Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a demonstrated willingness to learn will be considered.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Cross-train and work in multiple areas of the wire-forming operation.
- Operate production equipment safely after receiving appropriate training.
- Complete production assembly and other hands-on manufacturing tasks.
- Follow work instructions, job specifications, and production schedules.
- Use basic measuring tools to verify that products meet quality requirements.
- Perform minor adjustments and basic troubleshooting within the scope of training.
- Move materials, components, and finished products throughout the production area.
- Assist with welding-related work when properly trained and qualified.
- Inspect completed work and report quality or equipment concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
- Support other production assignments as business needs change.
