What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines and machining centers
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical issues
- Support general facility maintenance as needed
- Jump into action when machines are down – you'll be a key player in production success
- Ability to physically life/push/pull objects up to 40 lbs.
- 5 years of CNC maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills and logical problem-solving
- Knowledge of CNC machine design and operation
- Experience with PLC/CNC systems and test equipment
- Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with the team
- Pride in your work and attention to detail
