What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Maintenance Technician (1st Shift) position at Bronson and Bratton Inc?
CNC Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience needed for a family-owned climate-controlled high precision tool & die shop.
Must be proficient in CNC machine repair, industrial maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics and preventative maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Fix CNC machining centers, PLC systems and production machinery
- System Diagnostics: Resolve electrical, mechanical, PLC systems and production machinery
- Routine Maintenance: Complete scheduled preventative maintenance upkeep and precise machine adjustments
- Technical Blueprints: Read and interpret electrical schematic, wiring diagrams and service manuals
Role Requirements
Experience: 5 years in CNC machine or industrial maintenance, PLC systems is a must
Technical Skills: Strong diagnostic capabilities across mechanical and electrical systems
Blueprints: Proven ability to read complex schematics and technical documentation
