Job Overview
We are a small, growing business specializing in repair and maintenance of storage facilities. We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on employee who enjoys working with tools, problem-solving, and working independently.
Responsibilities:
- Repair and replace storage unit doors, latches, tracks, and hardware
- Perform basic construction, metal work, and general maintenance
- Troubleshoot and fix mechanical issues on storage units
- Load, unload, and transport tools and materials
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
Requirements:
- Mechanical aptitude and basic tool knowledge
- Experience in construction, maintenance, welding, or metal work is a plus (but not required)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
