As an RCA, you’ll work under the direct supervision of a licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) and support our respiratory therapy team in delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care. You’ll gain hands-on experience while continuing your education in a Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC)-approved program.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering breathing treatments and supplemental oxygen therapy
- Assisting with patient assessments and documentation
- Operating and setting up respiratory equipment
- Performing procedures such as aerosol therapy, MDI administration, incentive spirometry, airway clearance therapy, and chest physiotherapy with suctioning
- Supporting arterial puncture and electrocardiograms (if applicable)
- Recording patient data in our medical record system

Licensure: Respiratory Care Assistant Required Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - And
Enrolled in Accredited Program Respiratory Therapy Required
