Administrative Assistant & Warehouse Support

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant & Warehouse Support professional to join our team. This hybrid position provides essential administrative and clerical support in the office while assisting with day-to-day operations in the warehouse. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment. Hours are Monday through Friday approximately 27 hours a week. Must be able to work until 4:30pm M-Th and until 4:00pm on Fridays. Flexibility to occasionally work additional hours based upon staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
- Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with customer inquiries.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and inventory systems.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and shipping/receiving documentation.
- Support basic marketing campaigns and promotions
- Assist management with scheduling, reports and project coordination
- Assist with general office cleaning
- Warehouse Duties:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment/load and offload shipments
- Keep warehouse area organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and carriers for deliveries and pickups.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or warehouse role (or combination of both).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with basic inventory software a plus.
- Experience with Quickbooks or similar accounting software
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs
- Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to train and obtain).
