Experience: Any prior experience with a technical or construction-type environmental industry would be preferred but not required.
Qualifications: Must have excellent critical thinking and organizational skills. Must be able to use independent judgement to solve problems with minimal directions and attention to detail. College-level verbal and written communication with experience in Microsoft 365, Outlook & Excel.
Other essential qualities include dependable, self-directed, able to handle multiple tasks and challenging situations with minimal direction.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
Dynamic administrative professional needed to help coordinate operations in a technical office environment.
Support and collaborate with office and technical staff. Manage technician scheduling and project deadlines, while prioritizing work load. Answer, screen and log incoming phone calls, provide friendly and efficient customer service support, inform clients on job status, prepare service files and paperwork. Perform technical data entry and report organization. Also maintain electronic and paper files. Collaborate with staff on special projects.
