Responsibilities include computer-based monitoring and diagnostics, servicing HVAC and refrigeration systems, and maintaining facility equipment and resident homes.

Responsibilities include computer-based monitoring and diagnostics, servicing HVAC and refrigeration systems, and maintaining facility equipment and resident homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform repair services involving, but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC and adaptive equipment.
- Monitor and maintain computer-based operation systems to include fire alarm, motion sensors, and emergency call system.
- Receive and execute daily work orders according to established maintenance schedule.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and mechanical systems to ensure they remain operational.
- Provide friendly, responsive service to residents, helping create a safe, comfortable living environment.
- At least five years of general maintenance and hands-on HVAC experience in a residential, commercial, or industrial setting.
- A strong aptitude for computer-based building automation and operational systems.
- At least one HVAC or related technical certification.
- 4 day set schedule, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Participation in a paid rotating on-call schedule (approximately 1 week out of every 6 weeks)
- $28.00–$36.00 per hour
