In your new exciting role you will;
- Provides oversight, administrative, vendor and compliance support for Wake Wheels for Health, our Public Health mobile unit
- Work with, review and monitor requests for services that will bring better health to our community
- Coordinate the scheduling of the mobile unit with internal and external partners
- Coordinate with other county divisions to ensure vehicle maintenance and compliance
- Coordinate information technology system and helpdesk support

- Associate's degree
- Two years of job-related experience
- Equivalent education and experience are accepted

- Two years of job-related experience are accepted, including experience working with institutional leadership, facilitating meetings, measuring and monitoring program evaluation activities and working in multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural, and multi-sectoral partnerships
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in applying and interpreting policies and procedures
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Demonstrated capacity and ability to manage start-up initiatives and determination to achieve outcomes
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, officials and the public
