Job description
The Residential Specialist acts as an ambassador of hospitality and provides safety, security, and customer service to all at Waiea. Conducts daily operational tasks, including reception, amenities set up and service, security patrols, receiving contractors, handling packages and making deliveries, incident reporting, enforcing House Rules, valeting vehicles, and preserving order.
Applicants who are bilingual with business-level fluency in both English and Japanese, Chinese or Korean are preferred.
Pay is commensurate with experience and skills.

Salary: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
