The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the Inbound Distribution Area by effectively managing compliance, documentation, and shipment processes. Responsibilities include:
- Assist senior management in processing, organizing, and distributing compliance documentation across departments
- Coordinate and schedule compliance training sessions for internal staff to ensure timely and consistent knowledge of policies and procedures
- Perform tasks to ensure the accurate and efficient physical movement of shipments, in accordance with client instructions and company standards
- Administer internal audits and support compliance-related activities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with purchasing and sourcing teams to identify supplier non-compliance issues and support the implementation of corrective actions
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and company guidelines in all daily tasks
- Maintain thorough records and documentation to support audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives
Experience
- 1-3 Years of experience in supply chain, distribution or warehouse operations with focus on inbound logistics, inventory control, or compliance monitoring.
- Experience using WMS, logistics Software, RF Scanning is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with inspecting incoming shipments, verifying documentation, and ensuring supplier compliance with routing guides and quality standards.
