Overview
Wagonmaster Group is hiring a Route Delivery Driver Customer Support & Product Service to manage a dedicated local B2B route.
This role involves operating a cargo van on local routes only (no long-haul driving), completing multiple stops per day, delivering products, maintaining inventory, and supporting customers in person.
In addition to deliveries, this role includes warehouse support duties when delivery volume is light, including inventory handling, order preparation, and general warehouse tasks.
This is a long-term, stable position combining driving, customer interaction, and operational support.
Candidates should live within 30 minutes of University Place, WA.
Candidates with route delivery driving experience are strongly preferred. Candidates with automotive dealership experience (service, parts, or shop environments) are encouraged to apply even without delivery experience. A passion or hobby in automotive is considered an asset.
What Youll Do
- Operate a cargo van safely on a scheduled local route
- Deliver and restock products at customer locations
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and verify orders
- Interact with customers in a professional, approachable manner
- Build and maintain ongoing B2B customer relationships
- Communicate updates and issues to internal teams
- Complete daily system updates and records
- Support warehouse operations when not on route
- Assist with inventory, order preparation, and general warehouse duties

Requirements
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work legally in the United States
- Ability to commute within 30 minutes of University Place, WA
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer skills (email, tablets, ordering systems)
- Strong English communication skills
