About the Role

Wagonmaster Group is hiring a Route Delivery Driver Customer Support & Product Service to manage and service an established route of B2B customers.

This role is best suited for individuals with prior route delivery driving experience or automotive dealership experience who are comfortable working in a structured, customer-facing, field-based environment.

This is a hands-on position involving local deliveries in a cargo van, inventory management, and daily interaction with customers across multiple stops.

What Youll Do

Operate a cargo van to complete a scheduled local delivery route with multiple stops
Load, transport, and deliver products accurately and efficiently
Maintain inventory levels at customer locations and ensure order accuracy
Interact with customers daily and build professional relationships
Address basic customer questions and support product needs
Identify issues or opportunities and communicate with internal teams
Complete daily system updates and maintain accurate records
Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and follow all safety practices

Who You Are

Previous route delivery driving experience is strongly preferred
OR automotive dealership experience (service, parts, or shop) is highly valued
Comfortable with daily customer interaction and relationship-building
A social, approachable, and professional communicator
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and manage a route with multiple stops
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Able to reliably commute within approximately 30 minutes of University Place, WA

Important: This role is not suited for long-haul or over-the-road drivers. It involves local, route-based deliveries in a cargo van with frequent stops throughout the day.

Candidates with automotive dealership experience are strongly encouraged to apply, even if they do not have prior delivery driving experience.
A personal interest or passion for automotive, tools, or hands-on environments is a strong asset.

Requirements

Valid drivers license and clean driving abstract
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Strong communication skills in English
Basic computer proficiency (email, tablets, ordering systems)
Ability to follow structured processes and maintain accurate inventory records
